Dedicated one on one Certified Personal Fitness Trainer as well as an all-around Athlete with experience in nutrition to help people lose weight, maintain weight or gain weight while building muscle. Expertise in flexibility, cardiovascular and strength training exercises. Insightful professional passionate about sharing client-focused health and wellness.

In strength training, I implement tailor resistance programs that result in significant muscle gain and performance improvement for my clients. By continuously educating myself on the latest techniques and equipment, I ensure their workouts are both effective and engaging. I am eager to apply these methodologies to create dynamic and results-driven programs for clients, helping them achieve and exceed their fitness targets.
